Concentric Sky is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Director of Sales.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales and developing long-lasting and impactful business relationships. The Director of Sales will play an integral part in the development of Concentric Sky's growth strategy in order to meet or exceed annual sales targets. We expect you will drive a disciplined and transformative solution-selling process; including lead to opportunity management, strategic account planning, and competitive know-how to accelerate business.
The Director of Sales will work from our office in Eugene, OR, occasionally traveling for in person meetings with clients around the country.
- Primary responsibility is to sell software development and design solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers
- Identification of new sales prospects that align with our specific capabilities
- Regular strategic networking for new sales prospects
- Initiation and completion of sales to obtain new clients and projects
- Nurturing long-term relationships with our clients and prospective clients for repeat sales and referrals
- Having knowledge and being able to speak about Concentric Sky's capabilities in design and technology
- This is a hybrid role, responsible for account management and also client service interfacing
- Working with Project Managers to present estimates to clients and ensure clients understand them
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to diverse, enterprise-class audiences ranging from C-Level to Marketing Execs to Project Managers
- Develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels
- 5+ years of sales experience in the technology industry; selling web and mobile technology solutions
- A verifiable track record of sales success in the technology industry
- Candidates without proven software sales experience will not be considered
- The Director of Sales-Pacific Northwest must live in and be an active participant in the Oregon technology community
- Be able to travel within the Pacific Northwest and U.S. when needed to serve client and business development needs
- Ability and willingness to perform high-level product demonstrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive level presentation skills
- Excellent client relationship management skills as demonstrated by an existing network of connections that will lead to success in this position

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is commission based with a salaried component. Compensation is based on performance and experience. We offer great perks, fun stuff and nice benefits.
